You have the option to request a return if you find your device damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or missing at the time of delivery. Please note that return requests can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Before making a return request, there are some important points to be aware of:

  1. Return requests are subject to the company's policy.

  2. The reshipping of the device will be charged to the customer.

  3. Returns based on a "Change of mind" will not be accepted.

  4. Prior approval is required before returning an item.

Valid Reasons for Return Acceptance: You can request a return if you notice any of the following issues with the device you received:

  1. The delivered device is physically damaged, broken/defective, or water damaged.

  2. The device received is the wrong model, size, or color.

  3. The delivered device does not match the given description or advertisement.

Note that return claims for used Smartphones must be reported within the 14-day check guarantee. For brand-new devices, any issues like a removed seal or visible damage upon receiving the product must be reported within 24 hours.

Return Conditions: The acceptance of a device return is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The device should be unused, undamaged, and free from any flaws not present at the time of receiving the device.

  2. All accessories, tags, user manuals, and invoices that came with the device must be returned along with it.

  3. The device must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging.

  4. There should be no tape or stickers on the original packaging.

Important Note: To expedite the return procedure, remember to mention the order number and return tracking ID on the return package.

Processing Your Return: To initiate the return process, contact the customer support team by emailing the details to discountedpayllc@gmail.com. Make sure to include the following information in your email:

  1. Explain all the details of the issues you are facing with the device.

  2. Create a video showcasing the issue and upload it to your drive/cloud. Share the link with the support team.

  3. Record and share a video of the unboxing process, including the packaging flyer and box.
