Please Note: Brand-new devices cannot be returned for a refund. If you face any issues, you must contact the official service center of the manufacturer as the warranty for new devices is offered by the manufacturer.
The refunded amount will be deposited into your bank account within 15 working days. Please note that the time frame for the refund amount to appear in your account is the same for both partial (5%) and full payment orders.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before the device is shipped. Once the device is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

If an order is partially or fully paid and is canceled, a refund will be processed automatically. The refund will appear in the buyer's account as a payment reversal and can take up to 10-15 working days depending on the bank's processing times.
Cancellation from the seller/vendor's end:
The order can be canceled by the vendor before the dispatch of the product if the required product is not available/out of stock or due to price changes in the market. The customer will be informed via email and phone call regarding the cancellation.
Orders to Shopkeepers/Wholesalers/Retailers will not be entertained and will be canceled without prior notification to comply with our Business-to-consumer model. Only normal consumers will benefit from our prices.
Orders with multiple quantities indicating that a shopkeeper is purchasing will also be automatically rejected.
Shipping & Delivery Time: We ship through various courier services. Order confirmation text messages will be sent to the number entered in the order details.
Before shipping the product, the buyer will receive an order confirmation call. Multiple attempts will be made to contact the buyer. If there is no response to the confirmation call, the order will be automatically canceled, and any payment made will be refunded as per the refund policy.
The tracking information will be provided after receiving the order confirmation, and dispatch will be made within the given time frame by the seller.
The estimated time frame for delivery all over Pakistan is 3-5 business days. However, unforeseen conditions like floods, blocked transportation routes, or political instability may cause delays.

The buyer is not allowed to open the packaging flyer of the product before payment as the product cannot be returned to the delivery worker of the courier service.

Buyers can also pay using their credit or debit cards related to any bank in the US.
Using the card, buyers can opt to pay 5% partial payment and 95% cash on delivery. Alternatively, the buyer can pay the full payment in advance.
